Decent, but not ideal.
The hotel has a great location—convenient to the beach and the shopping areas in Emerald Isle. Service was a bit spotty when I needed desk help. The bathroom door was faulty, and dragged on the floor causing it to stick, and making it difficult to open or close, and making it impossible for my daughter to do on her own. The in-room coffee machine was broken, maid service did not clean our room over night, the breakfast service was usable, but very awkward and unnecessarily crowded and uncomfortable. By and large, I liked the hotel and would possibly stay there again, but this stay was less-than-ideal.

Hotel does not clean/change sheets or towels, they do not “do beds” including making them. Trash was never removed from room. Staff also made it clear we were not priority since we booked through Expedia. Overall cleanliness, bed comfort and accuracy of booking was poor. We booked for 3 people and no cot or pull out bed was available. If it was a less busy weekend and we could find accommodations we would have left. This hotel experience definitely put a damper on our family vacation.

Chose this location as it was close to the beach we wanted to visit. Walkable distance to public beach in Emerald Isle with super awesome staff who were very friendly. Super clean wonderful housekeeping staff. Very responsive to any requests. Room layout very convenient and spacious.
