Great for solo travelers and couples.
Lindsey at the front desk and Seth at Bell service are two of the many superstars who take such great care of me and I've stayed at this place for several years. I think I've been there maybe 20 times. This is a beautiful property with an amazing staff, and I feel safe when I stay there by myself.

It was the noise of our upstairs neighbors. The footsteps and pounding of neighbors were loud. Had a wave machine and did not help. Was not able to sleep until they calmed down. Not enough plugs in the bedroom by the bed. The front desk was not very helpful. It is a time-share. So not really a resort for us staying there.

Our suite was nice, clean and spacious for 4. You can easily have another 1 or 2 guests in the room. We had (2) double beds and a pull out sofa bed (which is also a double) and we were more than comfortable w/ (2) adults and (2) children (14 & 8 y/o). The suite had everything you need to be comfortable. A full-size refrigerator, eating utensils, plates/bowls, coffee maker, blender, pizza cutter, you can also request additional amenities i.e. slow cooker, griddle, bbq utensils. This place is great for extended stay. We stayed here for (5) days and enjoyed every second of it. The patio was peaceful and beautiful. We were located in building 6 and access to the pool was easy. The pool itself was wonderful and refreshing to dip in, at 7am and 8pm. Anything in-between those times in the AZ Summer sun then you’re pretty much swimming in a hot tub. The laundry service is self-serve and it was free which was really nice. Parking sucks though, but manageable. Parking stops at building 4 and you would need to walk your way to your room under the AZ heat. So if you come during the Summer this might be an issue, HOWEVER, they do provide complementary golf cart transportation for this. You can park your car and call Bell Service or Concierge for a ride to your room from the parking lot and vice versa. They will take you and your baggage (or passengers) to wherever you need to go around the property. We have used this service a couple times when it was 113 degrees outside.
