I was incredibly disappointed in this experience, we stay at this hotel every time we come back home annually and every year it just gets worse. I orginally made this reservation online, specified that I had pets TWICE, get to check in, specified that I had pets once again. He switched me rooms because King beds arent available as pet rooms. Okay, no biggie. We get to the room and its obvious that it hadnt been seen by housekeeping. Used toilet paper roll, used soap, mascara or hair dye all over the shower, stains on the white bedding, the beds werent made. Our TV wasnt working so we went to the front desk to see if someone could come look at it, we brought our dogs with us because we were going out to get some dinner and the kid says "Oh, sorry. I didnt charge you for your dogs." We came out there to ask for another room or a refund and he had us pay more money? Asked to speak to a manager about the condition of the room and the TV. He said we were SOL until 11PM. Looked around for a manager to get my money back so we could go elsewhere and no one knew where this manager was. We didnt even get into bed, we used our own blankets on top of the comforters.
I am so disappointed, I used to love this hotel and usually never complain as ive worked in the service industry my entire life but this experience was absolutely awful. We were informed that they were renovating... where? When?
