It felt like we were sleeping in a musty cave. The hotel is old and needs to be updated. It was clean but smelled so musty and mildewy. I would not stay here again. (The staff was very nice, though.)

Our 3-day stay was nice and quiet. The desk clerks were amazing!! We had a little issue with the commode not flushing & heat not working but the desk clerk promptly switched us to another room. My only suggestion is it needs to be a little updated. The lobby is really nice. A few renovations would make this location possibly 5-star.

Room was not ready when we got there at 3pm,but we know they were completely full the night before,so no problem it was ready by about 4pm. The lady at the counter was nice and apologized for delay. They had coffee and internet so we just relaxed till room was ready. Room was clean,bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was not the best,just a waffle maker,yogurt juice and wrapped muffins. Guess i was hoping for meat and eggs.

We had a room on the Road side of the hotel and there was traffic songs till the wee hours. The room we stayed in was very nice. Bath area was a little outdated, but nice. The breakfast was a little Skimpy however I had some waffles that were very good. In a nutshell, we will stay there again if we ever cruise out of New Orleans.
