The communication from the company was awful. When I rang the number in the booking, I was told it was incorrect. It took abut 10 calls, including Hotels.com, to get hold of the company. They then informed me, Les than 24 hours before my arrival that I was being moved to another apartment. The new apartment was in a seedy back street, with balcony views onto a back yard strewn with debris and waste food. It was disgusting. We had no WiFi as they didn’t inform me about the codes etc. the new location was further away from where we needed to be so had to use taxis all the time. There was a family above with a small child who would run around the apartment from 6am but the noise from party goers kept us awake until 4 am then the window cleaner arrived at 7 am….I have made a complaint but they haven’t acknowledged my e mail. I would stay away from these apartments
