The best hotel in town
I came to Morristown, TN and stay between mid January through mid February to help my niece settled in for college. I highly recommend this hotel for many reasons. Location is perfect, near college campus, mall, bank, restaurants. Customer service: From the manager to the people who clean the rooms, all were very nice and helpful. Due to COVID-19 hot breakfast is not served, but they offer all you need for a healthy breakfast, yogurt, bagels, orange juice, small packed deli bread and oats. Nick the manager was always very kind and helpful, Selena was always with a smile and a helping attitude, Amber was so kind and always finding solutions to my needs, especially the times I did laundry. Thank you very much for making my stay as if I was at home. COVID-19 requirements: hotel staff was always wearing masks and cleaning public areas, Gym had lysol wipes to clean equipment, although some guests didn't wear masks. Security: these days its important to feel safe, I did. When I left the hotel at 4 am, I found out you can only go back inside if you have a key. Things to improve: Serve stronger coffee and better juices, this is only because I am a coffee-lover! Also reinforce security during the day, or monitoring of who walks in that are not staying in the hotel. Other than that, keep up the good work! I will surely pick this hotel when I am in town.
