First, the rudeness of the check in and check out person which was the same lady. She said her name was Betty, which I discredit it was her name. The elevator was not working for the duration of the weekend of our stay. Our room was on the third floor. The carpet on the floors were disgusting stains every were. The linen on the bed was dingy, the sofa had stains, the bathroom stink with a vile odor, the toilet seat was broken, the shower/tub would drained slowly while taking a shower. There was only two towels in the room one with a blue strip and a white towel. I went to the front desk to get towels, I was given four blue strip towel (I'm quite sure were the pool towels, smh) I had to ask for wash cloths after he gave them to me they were dirty and I showed him and requested more, he gave me two white wash cloths. At check out the rude woman would not give me my receipt. She requested the key as I state I was not giving it to her and she said she was not going to check me out. I continued to ask and request for my receipt from her. She finally gave me one of two pages of the receipt. I requested the second page and she would not give it to me. I requested it several times she states there is nothing on the second page which there was. She finally gave me the second page after requesting it several more times. I rate this place a -10 based on not clean, and definitely the rudeness of the woman. It need so renovation, rehab, and some customer service training for the employees
