The check-in staff were great. They were friendly, professional, and accomodating. The hotel furnishings and decor etc. are nice and modern looking.
One of the rooms we booked smelled strongly of cologne which was off-putting. Beds and bathroom were clean and well-stocked.
The hot tub wasn't working, which was a disappointment. The pool was nice and warm thankfully.
Breakfast was a let down due to not enough kitchen staff to keep up with the orders, so the buffet wasn't restocked. It wasn't a breakfast I would choose to pay extra for in the future. I've had much better buffet breakfast, with many more options, which has been included in the price of the room at other hotels in the area. The restaurant staff were polite and tried their best despite the lack of kitchen staff.
Overall I would return, but I would call ahead to ensure all of the facilities were functional first. I would also skip paying extra for the buffet, and simply go somewhere else to eat.
