I don't understand why there were bad reviews about this hotel. Not only was it clean, nice, and elegant, but the interior decor was very ornate and modern. Also, this was the first hotel I have ever visited that actually allowed guests the option to cook. I, personally, absolutely loved Extended Stay America.

Not too bad
Great price, great area. Unfortunately the tub bottom was all rusted so I had to put a towel down to be able to bathe. The toilet was very dirty. The top of fridge was super dusty. But overall I can’t complain. It was decent for what I needed it. Traveler from Orlando (2+ hours away) my dog needed emergency help at blue pearl hospital in Tampa and I needed a place to stay while he was overnighted. I’m grateful I was accommodated

For what we paid is was great. Beds were extremely comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We could walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go. We only stayed a few day and it served the purpose. Would recommend if looking for a cheaper hotel stay.

Place to sleep
We just needed a quiet place to sleep before catch an 6am flight. They do allow pets so we did hear dogs barking. We had to get up at 3:30am so not sure if we would stay here again.

Older hotel , smells like smoke as you walk through the halls . The room was clean and the beds not too bad , the pictures of the hotel on the site look nicer then the actual place. I wasn’t happy either that they bumped me to a double bed room when I paid for a king size bed . Also some sketchy characters in and out of there . Overall it was a place to sleep . The continental breakfast sucked

Beds were small and uncomfortable, only gave you two flat pillows per bed, and when went to the front desk, there was no extra pillows or towels. No pool towels available for children or any guest. Car tag fell off your view mirror and our car got towed costing 300 extra dollars hotel staff is rude. Will never stay there again.
