We stayed here for four nights in early October and it was lovely. Bobby Sue upgraded us from a Cherry motel room to Rosewood Villa 15 with 2 bedrooms with king size beds plus a loft and it was very nice. Had a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and dishes and utensils. Nice living area with an electric fireplace. Bathroom was nice and big with a great bathtub and shower! My only suggestion would be to install a couple more towel bars, there was only one. The property is very pretty with a little lake and walking trails. The staff we encountered was pleasant and accommodating. Although we ate all our meals in the cabin, there are restaurants in Bethlehem and Littleton which are close by. It was a great base to explore the White Mountains! I had let them know before we arrive that I'm sentient to fragrances and chemicals and they did all they could to make sure that the air was roomed out and that it was exceptionally clean but didn't smell like fragrance and chemicals! Very accommodating and very friendly.

Bobby Sue was AMAZING, I felt like she was my cool aunt from the north :) . Excellent customer service qnd made us feel right at home. The room smelled great, was comfy, toiletries were hight quality and even heather in the bathroom! We loved the property and even made smores outside 😍 We cant wait to be back next time with our whole family.

Amazing, perfect view, excellent customer service
We only stayed for a day with my friends. We were upgraded to this beautiful cabin near the lake. Cabin smells fresh and very clean. We had coffee sitting outside looking at the lake with beautiful foliage, feels very relaxing, peaceful and great place to meditate. We arrived late and the office was already close but they are available over the phone. Great customer service. The place is only few minutes drive to Franconia, so it is perfect for our short getaway. I highly recommend this place. Of course we are coming back for longer days on our next visit to NH.

I took my mother for a weekend getaway in mountains. The cabin was very clean and appeared new inside. We rented a 2 bedroom which was perfect for us to each have our privacy. The king beds were comfortable. There was extra loft space upstairs with 2 futons that would be great for a family with kids. Kitchen and bath were clean, fridge, microwave, little keurig and some basic dishes were included. The area was quiet even tho located on a main road. Location was great..easy on and off 93 and next town Littleton only 5 minute ride and had any stores, restaurants needed and a nice downtown area. Only 30 minutes from the Mt Omni washington which was a great trip for nice lunch. Bobbie Sue was fantastic!! She called day prior to confirm my reservation and even moved us to a different cabin because she thought it would be a better view than the one i randomly chose online. She was very welcoming on arrival as well. Great trip!
