LI recently stayed at the Hampton Inn O’Fallon and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. As a long-time Hilton Honors member, I have come to expect a certain standard of service, but this stay fell far short.
Housekeeping never serviced my room during my stay, despite my requests. I didn’t receive the wake-up calls I had scheduled, and even something as basic as towels was ignored after multiple requests. The staff was cold, unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in addressing these issues.
I chose this hotel because of my trust in the Hilton brand, but this experience has left me questioning that trust. I hope improvements are made for future guests, but I won’t be returning to this location.
