Kasa customer service extremely deficient. Waited 3 hours to try to solve error for check in and at around 10:30 pm was told that they did not know when I would be able to so. The best they could do was refund me. Emails were not functioning and phone service futile. Very bad experience. Do not recommend Kasa company.
