It is in the name, Oriental, and i think it is best for people from the Orient. The breakfast was the least western of the 12 hotels we wisited on this wacation. Hardly anny western food. First day, the egg-cook arrived 30min after we started eating. There where no toast left at 9.00 When we checked inn at 22.00 at night, as one of the last guests of the day, they couldnt find our booking, so they demanded the booking number, even when i told them witch date we booked, 4 monts earlier. I had to start my computer and get it on their wifi, to try to find it in my computer, but after 25 minutes they found it in their system. The room was lacking towels and no remote for the TV. When we checked out they didnt allowe us to store our lugage in their lugage room, This was order by the manager. because they expected some groups to arrive, meaning we had to bring all our suitecases with us out to Manukan Island for our daytrip. We Got very pised off by this and demanded to speak to the manager, so one of the staf caled him and told him there where some guests going craycy, so we where alowed to store it in there. When we returned at 17.30 to pick up our lugage, to go to the airport for our 20.30 departure, there where a few other items in there, but the room was almost empety. The staf in reseption where helpfull in ordering a Grab for us when whe needed a taxi. 10min walk away is a huge new western shopingmall where we ate at Burgerking and we got money from a ATM.
