A nice hotel with free shuttle bus from/to the airport, city centre, and beach. The staff were super nice, the hotel was mostly clean (pool had algae), and okay food.

Charlie’s El Nido is a great place to stay
So glad we booked this place. Super clean, great service. Food at the restaurant was also good. Free shuttle service to town and Lio beach and to airport was great.

The whole experience was brilliant. The staff were helpful throughout and assisted with booking excursions, airport transfers and taxis. Charlies was by far the nicest looking hotel that we saw in El Nido and i coildnt recommend it more.

It was overall a nice stay. Cons: staff is not that attentive to guests’ needs, and the hotel is a little far from El Nido Downtown. However, definitelt check out Lio Beach which is nearby and wonderful.

Excellent staff and service. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating! The concierge helped with securing a driver for visiting beaches. Great restaurant and breakfast buffet. I appreciated having filtered water stations around the hotel. Beds were comfortable, a must when I travel. I would definitely stay here again. 10/10!

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was amazing. The hotel is a little further from town but I liked that part of it. El Nido is busy and loud. You can rent a scooter and be in town within minutes. I’ll definitely stay again.

All the staff at this hotel were fantastic. Notably Reven and Love, who were exceptional. My only dislike was no elevator and our room was on the third floor. The restaurant was on the lower level, so there were 5 flights of stairs to climb to get back to the room. But otherwise an excellent stay!

The staff at the hotel were great. Very helpful, nice, and ready to make your stay the best. They have shuttles running from the hotel to the town and to Lio beach. I would highly recommend it. Best hotel in El Nido.

I booked and I had room B111 pool side only problem was I would not get in the pool because it was unhealthy in my opinion algee on the pools walls and the waiter was green. The pool by the bar was very clean and attractive, but that was not the one that joined my room. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. Hope you correct this for your future tenants. Your staff is outstanding

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I was incredibly impressed by the attentiveness of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable, making us feel safe and relaxed. The highlight of our experience was the delicious buffet breakfast. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, and it was a great way to start each day of our stay. Moreover, the staff's politeness, smiles and willingness to assist with any request further enhanced our stay. Overall, I can confidently say that this hotel provides an exceptional quality of service and comfort. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay

5 stars! Who gets you to your room at 8am?
5 stars!!! Highly recommended! Staff are genuine and very friendly! My service from the airport was early given that I took an earlier flight. I was the hotel at 6:30am, checked in and had breakfast.. By 8:30am my room was ready. From that point on I already know I chose the right hotel. Charlie’s has made my first time in El Nido a memorable one! I will definitely come back and stay here again.

Overall good, with just a few minor issues.
Overall, it was a good experience. The bed was comfortable, the A/C ran consistently without issue, and the room was very clean. My wife and I utilized their laundry service, which wasn’t as quick as we would’ve liked. We gave them our dirty laundry at around 9pm the night we arrived, and received it back at around 5pm the next day, despite the laundry instruction sheet stating that it would be returned to us by noon the next day. Not a huge deal, but worth noting. The only other issue we had was a lack of consistent hot water. We brought it to the attention of the hotel staff, but whatever solution they implemented didn’t seem to fix it. Since our stay was just for 2 nights, we didn’t press it further.

They didn’t started on top when our pre-booked shuttle didn’t showed up at airport. Waited an hour until a security guard at the airport helped us order a tricycle. Some misunderstanding between booking office and the reception was the answer, but they paid for our tricycle. It was a nice and modern hotel. Not a resort for pool relaxing because they only have few sun beds and always occupied. Even towels were few. Always in laundry was the answer. The rooms were tiny and dark. Always humid and moist. All our clothes and even bed linens felt wet. The food was tasty and good. But as in many places the service isn’t very fast. Long waiting times, from order to waiting even if they weren’t crowded. They were really keen on the allergies and made some offer to try to fix things. Even if they had spring rolls med of rice paper on the menu, of course the rice paper were out of stock they didn’t got new for our whole stay. As much others. No Cola Zero. Out of French fries and so on. They’re not quick to clean used glasses around pool area. Our tv didn’t work. They had not a great interest in trying to make it work. Our door lock same thing.. Good thing is the free shuttle to ElNido, LioBeach and the airport. Upon checkout I got the question how the stay was, my hesitation in answer and that it didn’t fulfill my expectations I didn’t got any reaction or questions how they could have done better. Don’t ask the question if you don’t want the answer.
