We reserved a room several hours before arrival to the hotel. This was done due to being on the road for 14 hours and sleep was badly needed. However, when my family and I arrived, we were told there was no room reseved under me. It was found that the room was canceled on your end. I don't know truthful that is, but the results of having my room cancelled is unacceptable.
The motel had room but the walk up price was unacceptable. But what option did I have. You had canceled my reservation and the motel required a ridiculous amount of money, just for a few hours if sleep. Qorst part of it, was that I did not reveive any notification about this, prior to checking in. We left and we ended up driving another 3.5 hours, before finding a rest stop and caught whatever sleep we could before continuing on. I never used Hotel.com or stayed at the motel we reserved. It feels as if I was getting scammed, due to my need to rest. For this poor and unacceptable experience, i'm never using your website or that hotel again. You two business cannot be trusted
