We arrived to hotel and checked in. Went up to room. where we had to wait for room to be cleaned. Check in was at 3 we arrived shortly after 5. I asked if there was another room . Was told we could wait. While waiting other customers came to complain about their room not cleaned in over 3 days. No apology nothing. Cleaning lady was nice
