The room we reserved was a king bed, the room was dirty, bed was made but after pulling the cover back there was staines and could tell it wasnt changed from the last guest. Bathroom was not restocked and ver dirty, sink still had what looked like toothpaste in the sink, tub bottom was dirty and the toilet looked like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks. Holes in the wall of the bathroom, could tell nothing had been vacuumed.
Went to the front desk to tell them these issues, the kid at the desk tried to help but didnt eve act surprised by what we found.
They then switched us to a room across the hall to a 2 queen room, there was 3 pillows in the whole room for 2 bed, pillows were the size of a small couch throw pillow.
Went to the pool, as i was using the ladder to get into the water both of the 2 steps broke under me, the water was cloudy and couldnt see the bottom. The hot tub was the same way, cloudy kinda yellow greenish couldnt see the bottom and there was white flakes floating on top. The floors around the pool were dirty, looked like mud prints in a few spots, trash dirt and hair was in the corners of the floors. Nothing in this hotel seemed to be well kept at all.
The cleanest thing we saw was the breakfast bar, there was a front desk person who was constantly walking around stocking and cleaning.
Over all this hotel is not recommended.
This is the 2nd time ive used this app for hotels, the last time was just as bad if not worse. I am formally asking for a refund.
