Worst hotel in Whitecourt
I checked into the hotel thinking that Ramada was a step above most hotels. As soon as I checked in the lady at the desk told me that breakfast was to order. At that moment I asked the lady if she would refund me my money so I could go to another hotel. I explained that I have never stayed at a hotel where you had to order your breakfast that was decent. She asked the manager and the manager said that I would need to contact hotels.com to ask for a refund. We all know how that would have worked out.
I went to bed and there was water running down some pipes in the wall all night. On one side of the hotel was a highway and on the other side were the train tracks. Train came through twice that night.
I got to the order breakfast. They made the breakfast individually so you would have thought it would be good. The hash brown was like a hockey puck. The toast was at least three or four days old as the crust was hard as a rock. The over easy eggs were not over easy as you can see by the pictures.
This has got to be the worst hotel in Whitecourt by far. I wish the manager had agreed to refund me my money but he did not. His attitude sums up the entire hotel experience.
I would rather sleep on the corner of the street than stay at this hotel again.
