I had an amazing stray at Zur ! To be very honest, I did many hotels in Beirut and Zur is by far the cleanest with modern infrastructure and facilities ! Plus it’s located in Monot which is a very nice area in Beirut close to downtown. For sure I’ll go back to Zur when I come back here !

This was my 1st time staying at Zur and not the last time for sure. The location of the hotel is very good. It’s walkable distance to most of the restaurant around there. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. The main reason I would go back to this hotel and why I would recommend it to other is because of Joseph. I booked this hotel because of other reviews that I read. People mentioned how helpful and pleasant he was. I experienced it myself. Joseph made sure that my stay was very comfortable. I travelled with my son who is special need and Joseph made sure all my needs were covered. I have stayed at many hotels before but never got this kind of treatment coming from a staff. Make sure when you book your next stay to ask to be created by him. You will not be disappointed. I will be staying there for sure again. Thank you Joseph for making us feel at home.
