The bathroom was not clean, and had dirty footprints all over the bathtub. There was loud music and loud conversations coming from the workers break room all night long. There was also CO2 detectors beeping all night and day. The “complimentary” breakfast is a joke, granola bars or prepackaged oatmeal!

Never ever again in this hotel
This Hotel is noisy. while booking I placed a request for upper floor and over looking the front of the property. NO ONE READS THESE REQUESTS. Not sound proofed. Every door shut with a loud bang! Next door151 has a dog, Barking continuously and woke me up. lobby has the smell of weed. I got the smell last night (30th) and this morning(31Dec). The room does not have a coffee maker. CUSTOMISE YOUR KITCHEN says I can ask for a no of items and coffee maker is one of them. when I asked .... WE DON'T HAVE. Worst breakfast I ever expected! Literally, nothing of my choice and no options. 1st January early morning woke up with the sound of fire alarm. some one was smoking within the building. And management never apologized for mismanagement. 31th my daughters went to pool and their swimming costumes got discolored. Chlorine / bleach in water was so high that they also suffered from respiratory track irritation. We have mentioned this to front desk but no apologies from hotel. Hot tub was not working. This is an amenity but has the Hotel compensated? NO.

Won’t stay again
There were people staying there next to us smoking marijuana all hours of the day and night doors slamming all night long and a fire alarm at 430 nothing was done to take care of the situation. I am on oxygen and requested nonsmoking for a reason. This was unacceptable and should have been handled by the management.

You get what you paid for
It was ok. The location is beside the airport, if people have trouble with loud noises, they should not stay. Also, the breakfast offered is extremely basic. To the point it is not really a breakfast. But again, you stay there for the price not the breakfast. That is why I believe you get what you paid for.

A big improvement
I love that the place had NO awful fake smell in the hallways! Staff was accommodating and polite. The room was perfect and I was very comfortable BUT there is NO REAL BREAKFAST(a challenge with a 5 year old). I was very concerned that the pool was kind of open(cold water) while the hot tub was not working (seems like they might be all connected????) Tons of potential here but not quite up to snuff yet(recently renovated,,stayed here before and it was awful...soooo much better in many ways now). May try again on next stay in Buffalo.

Lesson learned
This has to be the worst hotel. I’ve stayed at The shot and the seat at the desk was blown, so I was pretty much sitting on the floor doing my paperwork had to ask for utensils. All I got was a spoon a scraped up Teflon frying pan a salad utensil for a spatula a plate in a bowl and a dirty coffee cup. After I asked all other extended stays have the stuff in the room. There was no coffee maker but while in the storeroom getting my cooking supplies, there was a show full of coffee makers and coffee but guy said they were all broken must be a coincidence at all the coffee makers for the whole whole hotel were broken not to mention you could only get coffee between 630 and nine in the morning so God forbid you wake up before that and want coffee. The shower had a constant drip, would not shut off the heating unit was loud and there was a gap that you could see outside around the back of it so it rain constantly had really basic cable so if you wanted to watch anything interesting forget about it Internet was super slow I think they must let people live there because one room had a dog that barked every time you come in from outside. walkways in parking lot we’re not taking care of after it. Snowed and turned to ice turned it into a skating rink. I wouldn’t have stayed four days if I could’ve got a refund.
