Reception was warm and supportive. Even the housekeeping staff were thoughtful and polite. I felt comfortable with the space and service, despite a few minor issues during my stay, which were promptly resolved.
However, I hope the receptionist will be more mindful of her tone. During checkout, I reported a lost 1 room key I brought out side and used them to accessed in the elevator and open the door which I was certain I put them back at one spot as long as I got in the room. Another one I constantly have them in the room in order to get the room fresh and cool when I get back. Despite explaining this, she raised her voice, implying I should have reported it sooner to avoid a penalty fee. I clarified that I hadn't left the room all morning, but she still scolded me. Eventually, she agreed to waive the fee, but her initial tone left me uncomfortable.
