Cadde üstü olduğu için oldukça gürültülü olması dezavantaj.. Klima iyi soğutmuyordu, koltuklar eskimiş yüzeyli ve temiz değildi. Banyo küveti duşakabin kırıktı, klozet altında su geliyordu..
