I arrived 2 employees standing and doing nothing they did not even offered to help me with my luggage until I reached reception and I asked if I could use trolley to transport my luggage then a bellboy helped me. Waited for 30mn for IT Mngr to come fix the hotel's computer to be able to print something. Twice I got white ants in the room and they came to fumigate. Asked for the scallops, asparagus, pea risotto and cherry reduction, they had no asparagus so asked to replace with sauted mushrooms... I received only scallops and mushrooms so I asked what happened... after 10mn risotto arrived but no peas in it and made with Basmati rice instead of Carnaroli rice. RS said that it was complimentary but they still charged me everything. Each time they charge to the room the final amount is different from the signed check by a few cents but sill they are different amounts I was told it was a glitch with the system. Local lamb curry at the restaurant was good. Morning / day bartender was not friendly at all and a bit arrogant, evening staff at the bar was very nice though. Reported no soap in men's bathroom next to restaurant on my first day and... on my last day still no soap in the dispenser. Wifi speed was very good for the Caribbean. Staff at executive lounge was nice specially Christopher provided an excellent service! Front desk: I asked to scan 3 pages and send to me by email, only received 1 page, Shania helped me and provided a very nice service also from concierge team.
