We arrived very very late, around 2:30am. I rang the bell at the service window and was greeted by a friendly gentleman. He got me checked in and informed me about when breakfast in the lobby would be available. Our room was clean and quiet and I really enjoy how you can park right outside your actual motel room. We felt safe and slept well. We would stay here again.

Overall great inn, we walked in past midnight needing a place to sleep for the night and the guy at the front desk was a great help with our rooms and was very understanding of our situation, making some some extra accomodations for my family. Good location and very good looking building, overall clean with some small details. Will definitely stay here again if the need arises!

Part of a longer trip but wished we had time to stay longer. Great check in and check out experience. Clean rooms with new beds and great pillows. Walking distance from basic shopping like dollar store, gas and fast food . We found a great Chinese restaurant across the street. Just overall great time

Marcus at the front desk was very help and accommodating. The staff skipped our room for room service, stating we has put the "do not disturb sign" even though that was not the case. Room was very dusty and didnt appear the cleanest.

I am a return customer. This place is the best value for your buck in Fresno. I like this place because its clean, safe, quit & comfortable. The free internet is strong enough to power a PS5 and other streaming devices uninterrupted. Parking is never a problem. Nobody is ever lurking around outside and management is quick to deal with the street walkers that may wander onto the property. Convivence stores and restaurants are plentiful in this area. This is a diamond in a the rough when it comes to Motels. This is always my first choice when in town for work.
