Hilton disappointment
There were several problems with this reservation.
I was given a room 113, I went to it. It was past the restaurant and bar on the first floor. This made me quite nervous. I went back to the receptionist and asked for another room. They gave me 212. As I found out, it was way way down the hall being 78 with luggage. This was a very difficult move. The room was OK until I went into the bathroom. There was no lotion in the dispenser. The shower hot/cold Faucet was broken. The coffee machine I had to move to get close to an outlet in other words, this was not what I expected from a Hilton.
