Perfect stopover
Perfect overnight stop before flying never stop anywhere else. Breakfast very filling £16 day before or £21 on day. Deluxe rooms are the best lots of room. Staff are all great. Highly recommend

The stay was nice. The room is abuy older but well maitained. The bathroom needed some repair to the wooden bathtub panels and the back of the bathroom door was either dirty or needed a coat of paint. The hotel services were nice as well as the front desk and restaurant staff. I would stay at yhe hotel again. I stayed in room 2017.

Good place close to airport
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location from Heathrow airport; however, even though website says free airport shuttle they do not have one. You must Uber if you don’t have access to a vehicle. Room was clean with an available safe in closet. No refrigerator, but a wine type cooler. Large bathroom and spacious bedroom area.

The unreliable Sheraton
The reason for my rating was that at 4am on the day of arrival this booking was canceled by the Sheraton.Less than 24hrs notice when we had booked and paid in September.What was worse that we were in transit but fortunately my relative managed to get us booked into the Radisson.Just not good enough and i will never book Sheraton again !

Clean and comfortable
We had booked the hotel for hotel and parking while away in New Zealand and we added an additional night for our return. Both rooms were a good size, comfortable and clean. The reception staff member, who was the same on both visits was very friendly and efficient.
