I arrived to check in but the front desk was not there and the housekeeper said she doesn’t know who I spoke with even though I was trying to explain to her that I made bookings online. Housekeeping called the front desk lady on the phone and she said she is somewhere else and it will take her 45min-to an hour, can you imagine this mess after pay $155 for this S.Hole.
Whiles talking back and forth on the phone the front desk lady told me Adwoa Wangara is never on Expedia (Hallelujah) so it got crazy and a man came from one of the rooms and yelled at them telling the housekeeper and the front desk staff who was on the phone to give me my dem keys and they can figured it out with Expedia which was the same thing I kept telling them over and over.
After an hour and half I was giving a key which I thought all was good. Next day after attending a funeral and came back to rest, here comes the front desk saying well my Manager says we have to charge you and you have to go deal with Expedia because we are not on Expedia.
I asked the front desk have you called Expedia? She said I don’t have their phone number, mean while she was holding a phone and a computer seating on her desk and then she showed me another person’s booking from EXPEDIA with a number for payment and she was still telling me the property is not on Expedia.
So I pulled Expedia phone on google and started doing the JOB for the front desk by talking to Expedia, so I left this SHole to another. STAY AWAY.
