We tried to stay there last week and our first room had an air conditioner that dripped constantly on the wood floor. The room was also very noisy being close to the bar. We don't usualy submit a bad review but this requires it, sorry! Then we asked the front desk if we could change rooms, and they put us in a room at the top of the hill with a good view, but the in wall air conditioning unit was not functioning, and we had a floor unit full of stagnant water. Then we noticed only one pillow on the double bed, and after schlepping our suitcases way up there through the dark and dirty corridors, we decided this was enough. We decided to leave, even though we had paid for two nights. They did offer us an additional upgraded room, however, at this time we had had enough. Our expectation was to receive at least one night refund, however, after taking an image of our credit card on their copier, we still haven't received any refund.
