Disgrace.
Hotel manager charged the money and did not provide a room.
We have reserved a room in Expedia site a day before arrival. Expedia approval accepet immediately.
when arriving to the hotel at June 19 th afternoon, we realaized according to a message that was sent to us few hours before, that roon is not available and the hotel asks us to stay at another hotel they booked.
We drove two the other hotel but a room was not reserved for us.
Because it was late, we drove to another village and booked another hotel. We have imidiatly send a message to the hotel manager that we found a diferente hotel and we are asking for full refaund for the prepaid hotel room that was not not provided
Yiannis, the hotel manager refused to refaund us and money was collect by Expedia.
This is a scandal and we are demanding our money back.
