"Such a wonderful resort with amazing views of Sapa. A must stay if you are here. You will not regret it! The breakfast buffet is delicious and the infinity pool is awesome. The staff members Louis and Lilia were fantastic, kind, and helpful. I totally recommend this place."

"Hotel staff were all polite and friendly. Special thanks to Hanna at reception for her great service and warm smiles when we checked in and just before we left. We were lucky to have a room on the seventeenth floor so had great views. Room itself was spacious and comfortable with good quality fittings and appliances. Great shower and there was also a separate bath. Breakfast options were many including beef or chicken noodle soup and egg station. It can be busy with Asian tour groups so I would recommend going either early or after 8.30 am. Location is handy with a few good restaurants very close and only a five minute walk to the town centre where all the action is, along with loads of more food options and plenty of clothing shops."

"A truly first class fantastic experience at this property. Excellent service from the front desk to the restaurants to the service staff all throughout. Extremely prim and proper and well trained in the art of service culture. Surprisingly, this is an independent hotel not under any franchise but it might as well be! The standards were that good! Just walking distance to the Sapa Station where you can start your journey up the mountain of fansipan via cable car. Great experience!"

"Our stay at Aliana Boutique Sapa Hotel and Spa was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived to the day we checked out, the staff made our experience unforgettable. Every team member, especially the staff at the front desk were warm, kind, and incredibly professional. They consistently went above and beyond to support and accommodate our needs, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a large private deck that offered breathtaking views of the mountains. We spent many peaceful moments there, soaking in the fresh air and calming atmosphere which was truly one of the highlights of our trip. The minibar was generously replenished daily and with every small detail added to the comfort of our stay. Breakfast and the room service from the in-house restaurant were both delicious and satisfying. The location of the hotel also struck the perfect balance. It's close enough to the city centre for convenience, yet distant enough from the bustle and the crowd to enjoy the tranquility and natural beauty that Sapa is known for. This hotel exceeded all expectations. The genuine hospitality, scenic surroundings, and thoughtful touches made our stay one to remember. Staff were helpful and friendly, especially Selena, she helps with arranging our day trip and kept checking in on my family. It makes our stay warm and pleasant."
