"This is where my husband and I stay every time we come to the Gulf Shores area. The air conditioning is cold, the beds are so comfortable, the free breakfast is delicious and the staff is top notch. Fortunately, there was a staff there, it is a plastic surgeons building, that was able to contact somebody with the villa who gave us phone instructions on how to open the door and where actually the room was. They apologize and said the manager is usually on top of things, but apparently at this time there was a glitch. Things happen.
